EFFIE VENIZELOU
Effie is a certified Clinical Reflexologist (Level 5) and Reiki Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the field of holistic therapies. Based in London, she offers personalised home treatments, helping people relax and heal in the warmth and comfort of their own space.
Her journey into reflexology began almost by chance, during her training in aesthetics. After completing her studies in beauty therapy, she immediately pursued training in reflexology. The results she witnessed in real cases deeply moved her and inspired her to follow this path — not just as a career, but as a personal calling.
Over time, her desire to offer something more profound and energetically meaningful led her to Reiki — a gentle yet powerful technique that enhances the natural flow of energy within the body. When conditions allow, Effie combines reflexology with Reiki, creating a truly holistic experience for both body and soul.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom. She believes that the body knows how to restore, relax, and heal. Her role is to gently remind it of this ability — with respect, care, and skilled technique.
Effie’s professional journey began in 1998 and continues to this day with unwavering dedication to personal growth and the quality of care she offers. Ongoing education has always been a vital part of her philosophy, reflecting her commitment to evolving as a therapist and deepening the effectiveness of her holistic treatments.
