If you've followed me for a while, you will know I'm always speaking highly of Effie’s reflexology skills. She knew something was off with my body which eventually was confirmed when I pushed for a diagnosis. I've been having sessions for many years with her, especially when I was suffering from severe endometriosis & it has helped my body in many ways, including with the pain. Now healed from endo and chronic pain, I still continue to have sessions because I find it so beneficial for my body. It aligns and balances my body, I feel so much better mentally as well. Effie's holistic approach to her work is something that works for me. If you're based in London, I definitely recommend seeing her.

Six plus months ago I found myself in a scary place health-wise. Off-the-scale stress levels married with hormonal imbalances, inflammation and high insulin in my body were making me very ill – scary ill!
A strict diet along with a myriad of supplements, plant and herbal extracts have helped me get back on the right road with my health.

I have had the pleasure of receiving foot reflexology treatments from Effy during my pregnancy, and I can't recommend her enough. She was incredibly accommodating with my schedule, always finding a way to fit me in despite my constraints.
One of the things I appreciate most is that she never watches the clock; she genuinely cares about my well-being and takes the time necessary to provide the best care possible. Her visits to my home are always a joy—not only is she skilled in her practice, but she's also a kind and pleasant person to be around. The massages are incredibly relaxing, and I always felt rejuvenated afterward, with less pregnancy discomforts: I slept better and had less reflux.

I saw Effie before and after the birth of my two children. When heavily pregnant I felt the babies drop after each session and I went into have two smooth births. The reflexology really helped ready my body and definitely contributed to my babies’ quick arrivals. The post-birth sessions helped ease symptoms and also were a great way to relax during the chaos of the first few weeks with a newborn.
It is wonderful that Effie comes to your home so you can relax in your own space and it is amazing how quickly she can pinpoint what is troubling you with touch only. She also has a kind and caring nature that makes you feel in safe hands and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
